Event Plan

Doors open at 7pm followed by a brief presentation (in English and Japanese) by the founders. The venue features two robotics workshops as well as two classrooms and along with other guests involved in 3D CAD and more. Food and drink are available for purchase and a nomihodai option is also available (see fees below)

Following the presentation we will open the room for Open Mic, available to everyone.

What happens at Open Mic?

You can introduce yourself briefly and show us what you’re working on, or if you’re looking for work, now’s a great time to let everyone know what you can do! See attached info graphic below for more details about Open Mic. Or just come for fun and make new friends!

Do I have to participate in the Open Mic time?

Open Mic is 100% optional. You do not have to participate. You can also decide if you want to participate or not while watching, as there is a sign-up list that runs until the end of the night.

What can I say during the Open Mic time?

You can simply introduce yourself, share a story about a project you are working on, let me know you are looking for work or hiring others, anything you want. But please try to keep your presentation as short as possible. While most people just talk for around 2 minutes, please make your presentation at most 5 minutes long. If you want to share more information than open mic allows, you are welcome to invite people to talk to you after the open mic.
